• To protect against risk of electrical shock or injury never immerse
Health Master 100 power cord, plug, or motor base in water or
any other liquids.

cord or plug.

personal injury. This appliance is not a toy.

• When preparing fresh baby food always consult with your physician
(pediatrician) before making any dietary changes. Certain fruits and
vegetables are not recommended for infants or young children due to
immature digestive systems, allergies, or other developmental reasons.

• To prevent choking, when preparing fresh baby food always make sure
all fruits and vegetables are completely liquefied before giving them
to a baby.

• Make sure the lid is attached properly and securely locked
before operating the Health Master 100.

• Do not unfasten the locking bar during operation.

• To avoid risk of injury keep hands and utensils out of the
Health Master 100 and away from its sharp blade during operation.

• Be sure to turn power switch to OFF after each use and remove power
cord from electrical outlet when not in use.

• To avoid serious personal injury: Never remove the lid and look into
the pitcher while the motor is running. If something is stuck turn the
power OFF, wait for motor to stop running then remove cap and insert
tamper to move things around. If food remains stuck turn the power OFF,
wait until motor stops, unit shuts down completely and is unplugged
before disassembling and removing blocked food.

• Make sure the lid is attached properly and securely locked before
turning the power ON.

• Never operate the Health Master 100 without the lid in place.

• To avoid risk of injury keep hands and utensils out of the pitcher and
away from its sharp blade during operation.

• Use the tamper, not fingers or utensils, to propel food into the pitcher.

• Make sure Health Master 100 motor stops completely and the unit is
unplugged from the electrical outlet before cleaning, putting on,
or removing parts.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Do not operate if Health Master 100 malfunctions, is dropped, or
damaged in any manner. Let a qualified appliance repair person
examine and/or repair appliance before using.

• To avoid electric shock or serious injury do not use any attachments
that were not recommended or sold by the manufacturer.

• Do not let power cord hang over the edge of table, counter, or let cord
touch hot surfaces such as stoves.

• To reduce the risk of injury never place the pitcher on the
Health Master 100 base without properly assembling the unit.

• This Health Master 100 has a polarized plug (one blade is wider
than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will
fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Do not modify or force the plug in any way.

• Never remove the pitcher while the Health Master 100 motor is running.
Turn the power switch to OFF, wait for the motor to come to a complete
stop, remove plug from outlet before removing the pitcher.

Turn the power OFF and wait for the machine to stop, then add
food and start machine again.

• Do not block the exhaust vent, this needs to be able to take in air in
order to prevent the motor from overheating.

• Always use one hand to hold the pitcher handle as the
Health Master 100 unit operates at high speeds.

• Use the Health Master 100 on a dry, stable surface.

• Never put fruits with pits in the Health Master 100. Remove pits prior
to placing items into the pitcher.

• Do not let the Health Master 100 base rest on the power cord.

• The maximum capacity is 64 ounces. Significantly less with thicker
ingredients.

• Do not fill pitcher more than 2/3 full when using the tamper.

• Do not use tamper for more than 25 seconds of continuous blending.

• When processing nut butters or foods that contain oil, do not process
for more than 2 minutes after mixture starts circulating freely. Over
processing can cause the Health Master 100 motor to overheat.

• Always make sure the lid and EZ-lock cap are fully assembled. The
only time the cap should be removed is when adding ingredients
and/or using the tamper. Machine should not be running when adding
either of these.

• Only use Health Master 100 for its intended use.

Additional Safety Precautions to use while
processing hot liquids to avoid serious injury/burns.

• Make sure the lid and EZ-lock cap are securely in place and locked
when processing hot liquids. This will prevent lid from accidentally
coming off once the power is turned ON.

• When using hot liquids always start on LO speed (#1). Then increase
rapidly to the required speed for that recipe. Use caution when using
hot liquids as steam may escape from under the lid/cap.

• Always hold the pitcher securely by the handle while processing
hot liquids.
